Registration Questions
Q. Do I have to provide my credit card while registering online?
A. No. We have found that most people that register are more comfortable providing credit card information over the telephone. If you have indicated that you would like to use a credit card, we will contact you during business hours on the next business day. Quite often we are able to contact you a few minutes after you submit your registration!
Q. Should I email you my credit card number?
A. Email is not encrypted and shouldn't be used to send sensitive information. While the chances of that information being intercepted and used without your consent is relatively slim, we would prefer that credit card information is not send in emails.
Q. I need a receipt. How do I get one?
A. Receipts are sent to you once payment for the workshop is received. If you have not received a receipt, or you have misplaced it, please contact us.
Q. My organization/health region is GST exempt. Do I have to pay GST?
A. Normally, yes. GST exemption is only accepted on payments originating from a GST exempt organization and must be accompanied with a "GST Exemption Letter." All payments using personal credit cards or cheques must pay the GST, regardless of whether your organization is GST exempt.
Q. Can I pay at the workshop?
A. Payments must be made in advance of the workshop. There are two important reasons that payments are done in advance: full payment guarantees a seat in the workshop, and also helps to keep everyone's arrival at the workshop as efficient as possible.
Q. Do you handle hotel bookings for your workshops?
A. Because the majority of clients attending our workshops do not stay overnight, we do not arrange accomodations. When booking your room, we recommend requesting the "corporate rate" because you are attending a workshop. This will usually reduce your price by 5 or 10% and our hotel partners are usually quite happy to provide that rate for you.

Q. How do I become a speaker for Executive Links?
A. There are many factors that are considered when we select a speaker, including expertise in your specialty area, speaking experience, and general professionals experience. If you are interested, please send a curriculum vitae to speakers@execulinks.net.
Q. Are you a Canadian company? Where are you located?
A. Yes! We are a 100% Canadian owned company. Our office is located in Calgary, although we offer workshops in most parts of Canada.
